I really wanted this to work out! The quality of the handset is great. It's sturdy and looks n feels just like an old school landline. But my phone picked up interference no matter what I did. Apparently this is a common issue as there is a troubleshooting section in the manual that addresses just this. It advises you to toggle between channels and unplug, replug, unplug, replug until you have a decent sounding connection on both sides. I tried several phone calls and either heard music, an echo, static, another person's phone call.....I will be returning this and trying another brand. Some of the other reviewers did not have this problem, so I would say to give it a shot and see if it works out for you. Who knows, your phone could be a perfect match.
It feels like an old school phone, I love it. It keeps a cell phone at a distance if you're concerned about radiation.Easily answer and end calls from the handset. The cord is long but too tightly coiled. I hang it by the cord over night and it stretches to a perfect length.I bought one to try but I will now buy the 5 pack for gifts and extras to have in more rooms.
I happened to find this by accident while surfing the Amazon site. I thought, would this serve my need? Well, I ordered two of them and it worked right out of the box with no hitches. I'am using it for a ZTE Z667G phone and it works absolutely great! This is recommended for those of you who like having the old retro feel of a phone and are also concerned about having a cell phone close to your ear or body when talking (RF Emissions) ... When at home or the office, I just plug this handset to my phone and when it rings, I just press the talk button on the handset and proceed talking. (see photo attached)
